This 7-lesson certificate-track course invites learners to explore a variety of Agroecology perspectives, with a particular emphasis on the socio-political part of the discipline. Each lesson combines academic, scientific, socio-political and traditional knowledge to present a holistic understanding and application of Agroecology. Video, audio, visuals and readings support multiple learning styles. MESA’s ground-breaking, self-directed social learning network invites learners to develop their own perspectives, while applying theoretical knowledge through interactive on-farm activities.

All course content is free. However, to earn MESA’s Certificate in Applied Agroecolgy certificate and receive instructor support and assignment review, please select the appropriate contribution fee.
